GENERAL RULES

1.   The assembly and allocation of the stands will be carried out from day before the auctionschedule of 11:00 a.m. a 5:00 p.m. installed In its whole, where the exhibitor must bring the tool needed for installation.

Alex Lyon Mexico will not be able to lend, or rent tools or equipment for its installation and disassembly may be from the end of the section of Ramp, until one day after the Auction before 12 PM.

2.   charging time, download and installation will be a maximum of 2 hours.

3.   Will be able place up to a maximum of 5 Tarpaulins with the following recommended measures:

canvas measure 3: 3.00 mts. x 1.60 mts.(perforated)

 4. The exhibitors responsible for each stand must present themselves at 8:00 AM.  The day of the auction.

 5. The exhibitor may bring for his stand the following:

 – brochures

 – promotional

 – 1 Hostess Maximum

 – construction machinery, Industrial, Agricultural, team of

Transport, miscellaneous, totally spare partsNEW. (exclusively)

(In case of bringing machinery for exhibition please send an email to the following address expositores@lyonmexico.com to confirm the availability of the space according to the type of machinery.

6.   The promotion of businesses other than the one contracted is not allowed, por stand. In the case of groups, all their advertisements must include the logo of the same and may not be promoted in a particular way.

7. The exhibitor or the assembly company, is it so obliged to comply with the rules and policies of the present for what they We ask you to help us maintain order and thus avoid setbacks that require request their removal from our facilities.

This in order to have uniformity and respect towards other exhibitors, in the same way to avoid publicity of businesses that have not contracted a space and affect the participants.

8.- Information is not allowed / promotional / cards within the sales area.

9. Carrying weapons is STRICTLY PROHIBITED of fire, flammable materials, explosives, corrosive, puncture objects sharp and in general articles or activities that when used put at risk the safety of people, the property or facilities, furniture and equipment, as well as income and consumption of intoxicating beverages
