Sheinbaum government promotes road infrastructure with investment of 11,847 MDP in 18 Key projects.

THE GOVERNMENT OF MEXICO, Under the presidency of Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo, has announced an investment of 11,847 million pesos in 18 Key Road Infrastructure Projects. This plan is part of the National Road Infrastructure Program 2025, recently presented by the president.

The main objective of these projects is to improve connectivity and safety on the main roads of the country, as well as promoting regional economic development. The works include the construction and modernization of highways, Rural bridges and roads in various federative entities.

President Sheinbaum stressed that this investment will not only improve road infrastructure, It will also generate thousands of direct and indirect jobs, promoting the national economy. further, He underlined his administration's commitment to transparency and efficiency in the execution of these projects, ensuring that they will be carried out under the highest standards of quality and sustainability.

This ambitious plan reflects the priority of the current government in strengthening the infrastructure of the country, considering that an efficient road network is essential for the economic growth and well -being of the population.

further, The generation of approximately 132,673 jobs during the execution of the projects among which are:

  • Baja California Sur: Fonatur Glorieta (2 km).
  • Mexico City/State of Mexico: Two bridges in Alameda Oriente (1.2 km).
  • Colima: Librans in the South Arch (0.38 km) and northern arc (0.52 km), Barrio v (0.7 km), Railway Superior Bridge at the main entrance to the port of Manzanillo (0.8 km) and Vehicle Superior Bridge La Flechita (0.7 km).
  • Morelos: Jojutla bridge (0.05 km) and vehicular access bridge to the Autonomous University of the State of Morelos (1 km).
  • Nayarit: Amado Nervo Bridge (1.8 km) and upper railway step Luis Donaldo Colosio (0.04 km).
  • Querétaro: Two bridges on Avenida de los Patos (1.2 km).
  • Quintana Roo: GEOLOGICAL FAILURE BRIDGE (0.33 km).
