📰They will inject 8 one billion dollars more to the Mayan Train and Dos Bocas

Two megaprojects being built in the southeast of the country, the Mayan Train and the New Dos Bocas Refinery, will absorb 8 billion dollars (million) of the budget raised in the Economic Package 2022.

The amount that these infrastructures will receive is equivalent to 66.6% of the allocation of Special Drawing Rights (DEG), 12 billion dollars, that the International Monetary Fund (IMF) delivered to Mexico.

The railway work will require 5 one thousand 625 million in the 2022, amount that will be enough to close its investment cycle and conclude the work by the end of the 2023.

This year, the train had assigned 36 one thousand 28

7.9 millions of pesos, according to the investment projects of the Ministry of Tourism (Sectur), although the amount was modified to 34 one thousand 832.4 mdp.

For the Tabasco refining complex, expected to enter into operation from 2023, will be necessary 2 one thousand 447.4 million in next year's fiscal year.

At the end of the current year, the assigned amount will be 85 one thousand 402 mdp. Next year the new refinery will close its budget cycle; in the end the total cost of the work would be almost 9 million.

 

 

Mientras whatetheAFelipe Angeles International Airport (AIFA) will not require a budget because in 2021 closed the investment cycle to complete construction works.

According to information from El Universal, the Economic Package 2022 will be submitted no later than 8 September and must be approved 15 next november, as the deadline.
