Héctor Astudillo's administration has spearheaded awareness and awareness efforts against gender violence through campaigns such as "Never again" and "Guerrero Empodera", permanently implemented by the General Directorate of Social Communication, awareness-raising efforts in addition to free courses in Automotive Mechanics, Heavy Machinery and Electricity that will be taught in two of the nine municipalities that have a Gender Violence Alert against Women.

The Semujer, headed by Mayra Gloribel Martínez Pineda, also coordinates the Heavy Machinery and Electricity courses, to be taught in Zihuatanejo by specialized personnel from the Mexican Chamber of the Construction Industry. In the course of "Heavy Machinery", women of different ages will receive training on the operation of backhoes, while in that of "Electricity", The participants will have to acquire the elementary knowledge to make electrical installations, both domiciliary and in the industrial sector.

With this type of course, The government of Guerrero seeks to provide training opportunities for women from Guerrero in activities that were once considered exclusively for men, but, above all, seeks to integrate them into the working life of the state with equal opportunities and as pioneers in joining these activities.
