CEMEX proposes to declare construction industry despite Covid-19 crisis as essential activity

CEMEX proposed reviving construction as it should be considered an essential activity for the well-being of Mexico and the economy.,generates the 15% of the jobs. The construction generates a low risk of spreading the Covid-19 virus due to its low density of workers.
