Exchange in administrative charges: The amount accumulated in your electronic wallet will be available during the time that the issuer grants to your cardholder for the payment of their purchases, which is from 7 business days after the day of the On-Site Auction, It is necessary to send an email to lyonbidrewards@lyonmexico.com to redeem your LYON DOLLARS, attaching your IFE and LYON BID REWARDS membership card, once the verification of the amounts available in the cardholder's account has been carried out, we will inform you that they were applied to your administrative charges.
